We know, it's all custom work, but we know that not every idea fits neatly into a neat little box. If your project has unique requirements, a different workflow, or simply doesn't align with one of the plans above, let's talk. We're always open to finding the right solution for the job.
Submit as many requests as you'd like. We use Basecamp as our project management tool utilziing the kanban board. Tasks are prioritized in a queue and worked on one at a time.
A task can be a feature, bug fix, design update, integration, deployment, performance improvement, or any other clearly defined piece of work.
Tasks are added to the back-log. Cards that are well defined and clear can automatically be planned in. Sometimes it's better to discuss and plan together to avoid misunderstandings.
Clients are free to refine and iterate on tasks as long as they're not active. While a task remains active, work on other requests in the queue is paused until the current task is approved or deprioritized.
Large initiatives are broken down into smaller tasks and delivered incrementally.
The next card in the queue is automatically picked up and worked on after the current task is completed and moved over for review.
